Our service includes cleaning of the front door area, one full kitchen (including dishes, stove, oven, and microwave), one dining room area, one living room area, furniture cleaning, 3.5 bathrooms, hallways, cleaning of light marks on walls, baseboards, basic window cleaning, and pick up of items on the floor. Excluded (additional cost): Full detailed room cleaning, detailed wall or window cleaning, laundry, bedding, outside, light fixtures, Organization or cleaning of items, additional Bathrooms / washrooms , additional Bedrooms, furniture upholstery or Polishing.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-shows To successfully cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time. If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-negotiable $50 fee, this also applies to no-shows. Lates Please inform us via email or phone if you may be late. We understand that sometimes situations may occur that are out of your hands. However if you are more than 45 min late a $20 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 1 hour late, it will be considered a no-show (which is a $50 charge) and you will have to reschedule. Refunds We pride ourselves in providing quality service and because of this we have specific procedures in place to achieve that. Because of this we do not offer refunds of any kind, however we do offer follow-up appointments for most services to complete any unfinished or missing work.
