Service Description

Light cleaning, light detailed cleaning, Regular maintenance + organizing, light laundry, spot carpet cleaning changing/replacing of small items, furniture maintenance & cleaning and complete window cleaning (not outside) No outside work Changing and replacement of items: dish sponges, hand soap, light bulbs ect to be discussed If the appointment is the first appointment your first appointment will be a consultation whether the consultation is apart of the first cleaning service or separate, some time will be allocated to have the consultation. Housekeeping services happen once a week and are at a minimum of 3 hours per appointment. Half of your first months invoice will be due before your first official housekeeping appointment. Afterwards your invoices will be billed on a monthly basis.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-shows To successfully cancel or reschedule your appointment, notice must be given 24 hours (1 day) before your appointment time. If you are canceling or rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a non-negotiable $50 fee, this also applies to no-shows. Lates Please inform us via email or phone if you may be late. We understand that sometimes situations may occur that are out of your hands. However if you are more than 45 min late a $20 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 1 hour late, it will be considered a no-show (which is a $50 charge) and you will have to reschedule. Refunds We pride ourselves in providing quality service and because of this we have specific procedures in place to achieve that. Because of this we do not offer refunds of any kind, however we do offer follow-up appointments for most services to complete any unfinished or missing work.
